Our standard window's are aluminum framed UN-insulated. We can do custom frame outs for windows or doors that you provide.
Background: Customer had an unlevel backyard. Customer wanted a metal garage. We installed 15 dump truck load's of fill dirt and compacted the dirt.
To have the slab pass inspection, we did several things:
- Installed concrete piers.
- Installed 12" x 12" footings.
- Installed (2) #4 rebar in footings.
- Engineer's letter of approval.
