Background: Customer wanted a garage to work on is vehicles in. The ultimate "man cave". We preformed the grading services and installed all the concrete. At the start of the project the building location was 4' out of level. Heavy machinery was brought in and the site was graded. Customer wanted to insulate the building. Our standard garage doors and windows are not insulated. We framed out openings for "customer provided garage doors and openings". Each framed opening for the garage doors was $200.00, total $800.00.
Customer ordered welded trusses for the peak of the building. After the building was installed customer had insulated garage doors, insulated windows, and spray foam insulation added to the interior. Customer bought a self contained AC/Heat Pump off of Amazon.com and installed it himself, approximate cost $800.00. Customer also had gutters installed, which are not included with the building.
