Background: Our buildings can be built up to 60' wide with a free span(no center posts). This building is 40' wide by 50' long. The trusses are spaced at 10' on center. The buildings frame is very heavy so you will need to set the frame up on concrete, depending on the width up to a 24" wide footing x 12"+ deep (local code for frost lines). If you order over a 12' leg you will need to have a fork lift that reaches up higher than a basic forklift will reach, such as a lull or an off road 4 x 4 type lift that can reach 20' or more. Customer is required to provide the lift(s) for the install. A genie manlift is also good to have on hand for walls over 12' high.
These buildings can be rated up to a 30 psf snow load with a 110 mph wind load. We offer a max leg height of 16' which would put the peak at 21' or so. Contact us for further infromation at 770-943-2265.
