Background: Customer did custom wood working with exotic woods. He wanted an insulated working space with a covered area to store his extra materials in. He chose a 24 x 40 x 9 shop area and an 18 x 20 x 7 3-sided garage with front gable for the storage area. He placed these buildings in an area that can get very wet. In a flood a few years ago water would have been to the top of the buildings roofs. The house in the background had the entire basement and pool flooded out. The water was just a few feet from the 2nd floor. The creek near by went 35 feet out of its banks. Very rare. He did not want to move and he needed something that would not be affected by water.
