The 24' wide by 30' long by 9' side wall height F-251 special is by far the most popular garage for under $10,000.00, selected for the average sized yard 1 acre or less. The dimensions on this garage are well thought out and allow you the owner enough room for two large vehicles plus a work area / storage area to the rear of the building. The floor space of the garage is right where you need it when you park your vehicles inside. We labeled this building the F-251 Special. It will easily hold two F-251 sized trucks with room to spare. The F-251 special can be paired with our slightly larger than standard 10' wide by 8' tall garage door. This will allow easy exit and entry with trucks that have trailer type towing mirrors, boats or over sided sedans.
