SUPERIOR SPECIFICATIONS

Top Grade -2x4 Wood Frame Interiors- designed to adapt to any need you bring to it. Gives superior strength and durability.
Maintenance Free Lifetime Aluminum Exteriors - specially designed for good looks and strength. There is an assortment of colors and trim combinations to choose from.
Aluminum Windows - large and small push-up windows with screens.
Pressure Treated Solid Skids - 4 x 6 pressure treated lumber. Termite's do not like it and it is more resistant to rain and moisture. We don't use 4 x 4's or 2 x 6's nailed together to make a 4 x 6. We use a real 4 x 6 lumber.
Flooring - We have painted 5/8” sanded tongue and grove plywood
or unpainted 3/4 plywood or
unpainted 3/4 pressure treated tongue and groove flooring.
Embossed Metal - adds strength, lessens possibility of dents or damage. The best sold.
Electrical Wiring - all units are wired with light, switch, and receptacle.
Completely Portable - Superior Buildings are rigidly constructed so they can easily be relocated time and time again, should the need arise.

Pressure Treated 2 x 6 Floor Joist - on 16’ centers on all sized buildings. Even the small ones.
Weather tight Insulated Mobile Home Doors - standard, these are factory made doors. Which you can purchase from a source not just limited to us. These use a regular knob and lock not a t-handle latch.
6' side walls standard on buildings up to 10 x 16. All 10 x 16's and larger have 7' side walls standard. 8' side wall's can be special ordered for an additional charge.

Aluminum Building information below:

Delivery within 25 miles of our lot is included in price.

Blocking and leveling up to 14 inches is included in price. This means we will level your building on blocks on your ground up to 14 inches. If your land is un-level it could take more blocks which is an additional charge of $2.00 per block. We do not prepare the site or remove any soil for the basic price. We do not dig the building down into the ground. If this is necessary please call us for a skid steer work quote. We do skid steer work. Have the skid steer work done prior to delivery.

Included in the price is blocking and leveling only once.
If for some reason you change your mind and want the building moved after it is placed, it is an additional charge of $75.00 per hour. With a one hour minimum charge. This is the price if we are still on site on the original delivery only.

We also move buildings. Minimum charge for an 8 x 8 building is $150.00. Larger buildings and distance cost more. Call for price quote.

Aluminum buildings are pre-made in a plant and delivered whole with a truck and trailer . This means that you need space to back the building(s) in.
