Our customer (Chad) lives on a lot that slopes down from the road. The house sits in a hole. In order to get in the front door of the home, Chad had to go up seven steps and a steep sidewalk. This often resulted in someone falling. The parking situation was also limited and parking on a decline was the only option. Chad asked us to come look at his driveway and front entrance to see if we could come up with a better way to enter the house and park. We had the utility lines marked and check elevations. We decided that with height of the front door we could bring up the front yard and create a raised and level parking area for a garage addition. The job took about 2 months from start to finish for the concrete walls and ground work.

Approximate cost $55,000.00
